Abstract
ABSTRAK Subektiningsih, Imung. 2023. Hubungan Antara Pola Asuh Orangtua Tipe Demokratis Dengan Kemandirian Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Cening Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman GUPPI Ungaran. Pembimbing Utama: Dra. Hj. Sri Widayati, S.E., M.Si, Pembimbing Pendamping: Puji Winarti, S.Pd., M.Pd. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kemandirian siswa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua tipe demokratis dengan kemandirian siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar negeri 1 cening kecamatan singorojo kabupaten kendal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan Pola Asuh Orangtua Tipe Demokratis dengan Kemandirian Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Cening Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional non eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 siswa kelas IV. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 38 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 7-8 November 2022 di SDN 1 Cening Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Validitas yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment dari Pearson, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan dibantu program SPSS Windows versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua tipe demokratis dengan kemandirian siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Cening kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji korelasi product moment yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,403 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel pola asuh orangtua tipe demokratis dengan variabel kemandirian siswa. Artinya ada hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua tipe demokratis dengan kemandirian siswa kelas IV SD N 1 Cening Kecamatan Singorojo Kabupaten Kendal. The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between the parenting style of democratic parents and the independence of fourth grade students at Cening 1 Public Elementary School, Singgorojo District, Kendal Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between democratic parenting style and the independence of fourth grade students at Cening 1 Public Elementary School, Singgorojo District, Kendal Regency. The type of research used is non-experimental correlational research. The population in this study was 38 grade IV students. The sample used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 38 students. This research was conducted on 7-8 November 2022 at SDN 1 Cening, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The validity used is using the Product Moment formula from Pearson, while the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach formula with the help of the SPSS Windows version 23 program. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between democratic type parenting and the independence of class IV students at Cening 1 Elementary School, Singorojo sub-district, Kendal Regency. This is proven by the results of the product moment correlation test which shows a correlation coefficient value of 0.403 with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05, which means there is a significant correlation between the democratic type of parenting variable and the variable of student independence. This means that there is a relationship between democratic type parenting and the independence of class IV students at SD N 1 Cening, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency.
