Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPA karena proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan hanya secara konvensional dengan ceramah, penugasan dan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu adakah pengaruh media smart card terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri Beji 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Media Smart Card Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Beji 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Beji 01 dan SD Negeri Beji 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti meliputi: media smart card dan hasil belajar IPA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 44 siswa. Siswa kelompok eksperimen adalah kelas V SD Negeri Beji 02 yang berjumlah 28 siswa, sedangkan siswa kelompok kontrol adalah kelas V SD Negeri Beji 01 yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan melakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media smart card terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD . Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan hasil uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t, yaitu dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,5538 > 2,056) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh Penggunaan Media Smart Card Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Beji 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in science subjects because the learning process is carried out only conventionally with lectures, assignments and without using learning media. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an influence of smart card media on science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri Beji 02, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of Smart Card Media on Science Learning Outcomes of Fifth Grade Students at SD Negeri Beji 02, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. This type of research used is quantitative experimental research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Beji 01 and SD Negeri Beji 02, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The variables studied included: smart card media and science learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of class V, totaling 44 students. The students in the experimental group were class V at SD Negeri Beji 02 with a total of 28 students, while students in the control group were class V at SD Negeri Beji 01 with a total of 16 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the Saturated Sampling Technique. All members are used as samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a test technique to measure the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students. Testing the hypothesis using the t test by conducting normality and homogeneity tests first. The results showed that there was an effect of smart card media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This is evidenced by the results obtained from the hypothesis test using the t-test formula, that is, if the value of tcount is greater than ttable (2,5538 > 2,056), Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is an effect of using Smart Card Media on Science Learning Outcomes of Class V Elementary School Students at SD Negeri Beji 02, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency.
