Kemacetan lalu lintas kendaraan bermotor menimbulkan dampak negatif dalam berbagai aspek, yaitu mengurangi (mengganggu) kelancaran lalu lintas, waktu perjalanan lebih lama, konsumsi bahan bakar meningkat dan menimbulkan polusi (pencemaran) udara. (Rahardjo Adisasmita, Sakti Adji Adisasmita, 2011). Hal tersebutlah yang menyebabkan sirkulasi lalu lintas terganggu dan terjadinya kemacetan serta potensi kecelakaan terutama pada saat jam-jam puncak. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti mengambil judul penelitian tentang “Studi Manajemen Rekayasa Lalu Lintas Di depan Pasar Kretek Ruas Jalan Kretek - Wonosobo Kabupaten Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah”. Sebagai Alternatif mengurangi kemacetan dan potensi kecelakaan lalu lintas. Lokasi penelitian ini berada pada Ruas Jalan Kretek-Wonosobo. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari studi literatur dan survey langsung. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari survey lapangan. Data ini berupa data survey volume lalu lintas dan geometrik jalan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis atau mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab kemacetan lalu lintas yang ada di ruas jalan depan pasar kretek dan selanjutnya memberikan alternatif penanganan yang optimum. Menganalisa kinerja ruas jalan kretek dan persimpangan yang terbatas, menyangkut arus bebas, volume lalu lintas, derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan waktu tempuh dan tundaan. Merekomendasikan manajemen lalu lintas menurut skala waktu dalam memberikan alternatif pemecahan lalu lintas di lokasi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, di depan Pasar Kretek Ruas Jalan Kretek - Wonosobo derajat kejenuhan tertinggi dengan nilai sebesar 0,53. Tingkat pelayanan jalan C dan terdapat 13 titik konflik. Dari hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan Pembangunan Pelebaran Jalan Simpang 3 di Depan Pasar Kretek Ruas Jalan Kretek - Wonosobo. Dengan hasil analisis derajat kejenuhan dengan nilai sebesar 0,34. Tingkat pelayanan B dan terdapat 4 titik konflik, diharapkan kinerja jalan di depan Pasar Kretek Ruas Jalan Kretek - Wonosobo menjadi baik. Motor vehicle traffic congestion has a negative impact in various aspects, namely reducing (disrupting) smooth traffic, longer travel time, increased fuel consumption and causing air pollution . (Rahardjo Adisasmita, Sakti Adji Adisasmita, 2011). This is what causes traffic circulation to be disrupted and congestion and the potential for accidents, especially during peak hours. Therefore, researchers took the title of the study on "Traffic Engineering Management Study In Front of Kretek Market Kretek Road - Wonosobo Wonosobo Regency, Central Java". Alternatively reduce congestion and potential traffic accidents. The location of this study is on the Kretek-Wonosobo Road Section. In this study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection is obtained from literature studies and live surveys. Primary data is data obtained directly from field surveys. This data is in the form of traffic volume survey data and road geometry. This research will analyze or identify the factors that cause traffic congestion on the road ahead of the kretek market and further provide optimal handling alternatives. Analyze the performance of kretek roads and limited intersections, regarding free flow, traffic volume, degree of saturation, speed of travel time and delays. Recommend traffic management according to the time scale in providing an alternative to traffic breakdown in those locations. Based on the results of the analysis, in front of kretek market, Kretek Street - Wonosobo, the highest degree of saturation with a value of 0.53. The level of road service C and there are 13 points of conflict. From these results, it is recommended that the Development of Widening Jalan Simpang 3 in front of kretek market on Kretek Road - Wonosobo. With the results of the analysis of the degree of saturation with a value of 0.34. Service level B and there are 4 conflict points, it is expected that the performance of the road in front of Kretek Market, Kretek Road - Wonosobo, will be good.
