Abstract

ABSTRAK Irigasi merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilakukan dengan membangun saluran�saluran dan bangunan-bangunan dalam rangka mengalirkan air guna keperluan pertanian. Jumlah air yang diperlukan untuk irigasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor alam dan juga jenis tanaman. Peningkatan Jaringan Irigasi Daerah Irigasi Watu Gajah Kabupaten Semarang ini bertujuan untuk memenehi kebutuhan air pada areal persawahan yang belum tercukupi. Bangunan Utama D.I. Watu Gajah berupa bendung tetap type Drop weir yang mengambil air dari Sungai Tuntang guna mengairi areal irigasi Daerah Irigasi Watu Gajah seluas 27 ha. Sungai Tuntang saat ini belum di manfaatkan masyarakat secara optimal. Untuk itu perlu di adakan peningkatan jaringan irigasi di Daerah Irigasi Watu Gajah yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan produksi pertanian, dan meningkatkan air pada musim kemarau. Direncanakan penambahan luas areal irigasi menjadi 41.81ha Pada penelitian ini diperlukan data sekunder antara lain : data curah hujan, data klimatologi, data debit harian. Adapun analisa yang dilakukan antara lain : analisa hidrologi meliputi : DAS, curah hujan maksimum, debit banjir rencana, curah hujan rata-rata, rata-rata klimatologi, Eto-Penman, debit andalan F.J Mock, Pola tanam, selanjutnya dilakukan desain saluran, desain bendung, dan perhitungan stabilitas bendung. Hasil analisa hidrologi menghasilkan nilai debit banjir di bendung Watu Gajah kala ulang 100th adalah 311,11 m 3 /dtk. Kebutuhan air pada jaringan irigasi baru sebesar 4.10 lt/dtk/ha. Diperlukan peninggian elevasi mercu bendung sebesar 3.40 m dengan lebar 29 m . Hasil perhitungan kontrol stabilitas antara lain : Guling saat kondisi air banjir nilai Sf : 4.00, saat kondisi air normal nilai Sf : 6.99, Geser saat kondisi air banjir nilai Sf : 2.05, saat kondisi air normal nilai Sf : 2.67. Berdasarkan nilai angka keamanan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa bendung tersebut masih di atas nilai keamanan sehingga bangunan bendung tersebut memenuhi syarat dan aman. The improvement of the Watu Gajah Irrigation Area Irrigation Network in Semarang Regency aims to meet the water needs of the rice fields that have not been fulfilled. Main Building D.I. Watu Gajah is a permanent weir of the Drop weir type that draws water from the Tuntang River to irrigate the irrigation area of the Watu Gajah Irrigation Area of 27 ha. Currently, the Tuntang River has not been utilized optimally by the community. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the irrigation network in the Watu Gajah Irrigation Area which aims to develop and increase agricultural production, and increase water during the dry season. It is planned to increase the area of irrigation to 41.81ha In this study, secondary data are needed, including: rainfall data, climatological data, daily discharge data. The analysis carried out included: hydrological analysis including: watershed, maximum rainfall, planned flood discharge, average rainfall, climatological average, Eto-Penman, F.J Mock mainstay discharge, cropping pattern, then channel design, design weir, and calculation of weir stability. The results of the hydrological analysis resulted in the value of the flood discharge at the Watu Gajah weir on the 100th return period of 311.11 m3/s. The need for water in the new irrigation network is 4.10 lt/sec/ha. It is necessary to raise the weir crest elevation of 3.40 m with a width of 29 m. The results of the stability control calculations include: Rolling during flood water conditions Sf value: 4.00, when normal water conditions Sf value: 6.99, Shearing during flood water conditions Sf value: 2.05, when normal water conditions Sf value: 2.67. Based on the value of the safety number, it was concluded that the weir was still above the safety value so that the weir building met the requirements and was safe.
