Abstract
ABSTRAK Embung adalah bangunan konservasi air berbentuk kolam untuk menampung air hujan dan air limpasan (run off) atau air rembesan dari lahan tadah hujan sebagai cadangan kebutuhan/persediaan air pada musim kemarau. Salah satu bangunan pelengkap embung adalah bangunan pelimpah (spillway) yang merupakan sebuah struktur yang berada di embung berfungsi untuk mengendalikan pelepasan air dari embung menuju ke daerah hilir. Saat ini embung pusporenggo mempunyai lebar exsisting pelimpah (spillway) 3 m. Desain bangunan pelimpah (spillway) dilakuakan berdasarkan teknis dengan data – data pendukung lainya. adapun analisa yang dilakukan antara lain: daerah aliran sungai(DAS),analisa hidrologi yang meliputi: menentukan curah hujan rata-rata, analiasa distribusi frekuensi, debit banjir rencana, lengkung kapasitas waduk, penelususran banjir lewat waduk (flood rauting), menentukan bagian-bagian bangunan pelimpah dan perhitungan stabilitas bangunan pelimpah. Dari hasil analisa hidrologi diperoleh nilai debit banjir metode Hidrograf satuan sintetik (HSS) snyder kala ulang 500 tahun sebesar 14,35 m³/detik.dalam penelusuran banjir didapat nilai Outflow sebesar 13,89 m3/det dengan tinggi limpahan sebesar 1,39 m. untuk saluran transisi panjang 4 m, saluran peluncur panjang 12 m, saluran peredam energi panjang 1.34 m. nilai stabilitas pada kondisi air normal: stabilitas terhadap guling 3.51≥1.5 (aman), stabilitas terhadap geser 3.25≥1.5 (aman), eksentrisitas pembebanan yang terjadi 0.01≤0.42 (aman), daya dukung tanah -0.96<7.5 (aman), stabilitas terhadap erosi bawah tanah 4.44≥1 (aman). nilai stabilitas pada kondisi air banjir: stabilitas terhadap guling 35.46≥1.25 (aman), stabilitas terhadap geser 2.24≥1.5 (aman), eksentrisitas pembebanan yang terjadi -0,15≤0.42 (aman), daya dukung tanah -5,79<7.5(aman), stabilitas terhadap erosi bawah tanah 1≥1 (aman).berdasarkan dari hasil aman yang diperoleh maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa kontrol stabilitas bangunan spillway memenuhi syarat dan aman. sehingga pada penelitian ini direkomendasikan pelebaran spillway menjadi 5 m. Kata Kunci : Embung, Debit Banjir, spillway, stabilitas ABSTRACT Reservoir is a water conservation building in the form of a pond to accommodate rainwater and runoff or seepage water from rainfed land as a reserve for water needs/supply during the dry season. One of the complementary structures for the reservoir is a spillway, which is a structure located in the reservoir, which functions to control the release of water from the reservoir to the downstream area. Currently, the Pusporenggo Reservoir has a spillway width of 3 m. The design of the spillway is carried out on a technical basis with other supporting data. As for the analysis carried out, among others: watersheds (DAS), hydrological analysis which includes: determining the average rainfall, analysis of frequency distribution, planned flood discharge, reservoir capacity curve, flood tracing through reservoirs (flood sharpening), determining parts of the part of the spillway and the calculation of the stability of the spillway. From the results of the hydrological analysis, the value of the flood discharge using the Synthetic Hydrograph Unit (HSS) Snyder 500 year return period is 14.35 m³/sec. In flood tracing, the Outflow value is 13.89 m3/s with an overflow height of 1.39 m. for the 4 m long transition channel, 12 m long launch channel, 1.34 m long energy damper channel. Stability values under normal water conditions: stability against overturning 3.51≥1.5 (safe), stability against shear 3.25≥1.5 (safe), eccentricity of loading 0.01≤0.42 (safe), soil bearing capacity -0.96<7.5 (safe), stability against underground erosion 4.44≥1 (safe). stability values in flood water conditions: stability against overturning 35.46≥1.25 (safe), stability against shear 2.24≥1.5 (safe), eccentricity of loading that occurs -0.15≤0.42 (safe), soil bearing capacity -5.79<7.5 (safe), stability against underground erosion 1≥1 (safe). Based on the safe results obtained, it can be stated that the stability control of the spillway building meets the requirements and is safe. so that in this study it is recommended that the spillway widening be 5 m.
