Abstract
Volatile fatty acid (VFA) and blood glucose of in Thin Tailed Sheep Male Fed Diets Dryes Tofu. This Experiment was conducted to know efficiency produce and blood glucose in Laboratory Livestock Faculty of Animal Husbandry Undip Semarang. The materials used in present experiment were Javanese thin-tail sheep of male counted 12 tail, aged 9-12 months, with body weight 20 + 0,95 kg given by dry tofu cake following completely randmoized design, each counted 150 g = AT150, 300 g = AT300, 450 g = AT450 (or equivalent by 20, 40 and 60% dry tofu cake from dry mater consumption at weight early). During research period 90 day, and all treatment given rumput gajah ad libitum. Result suggest that increase of tofu cake from 150 to 450 g/day were tendencius increased propionate asetat propionate rasio AT150 as big as 3,1; at AT300 as big as 3,30; and at AT450 as big as 3,00.
