Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis ketepatan waktu, ketepatan dalam menentukan pilihan dan ketepatan sasaran penerima BLT dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 di Desa Kajar Kabupaten Pati. Bantuan Langsung Tunai yang disalurkan 3 periode dalam 1 tahun digunakan untuk tambahan kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis kuantitatif, dengan populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat penerima yang berjumlah 143 KK dengan sample 106 KK. Hasil analisis menunjukan variabel ketepatan dalam menentukan pilihan dan ketepatan sasaran penerima BLT mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan nilai t hitung ketepatan dalam menentukan pilihan (2,145) lebih besar dari t tabel hitung (1,985) nilai t hitung ketepatan sasaran penerima BLT (5,273) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,985). Sedangkan ketepatan waktu penerima BLT tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan perolehan nilai t hitung 0,804 lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,985). Hasil analisis uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung (53,785) lebih besar dari F tabel (2,69) hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa ketepatan waktu, ketepatan dalam menentukan pilihan dan ketepatan sasaran penerima BLT secara simultan atau Bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh seignifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the timeliness, accuracy in selecting and targeting BLT recipients in the welfare of the community in the Covid-19 pandemic situation in Kajar Village, Pati Regency. Direct Cash Assistance distributed 3 periods in 1 year is used for additional daily needs in developing community welfare. This type of research uses quantitative analysis techniques, with the population in the study being recipient communities who opened 143 families with a sample of 106 families. The results of the analysis of the accuracy variable in determining the choice and accuracy of BLT targets have a significant influence on people's welfare with the t value for accuracy in determining (2.145) greater than t table count (1.985) calculating the accuracy of BLT targets (5.273) greater than t table (1.985). While the timeliness of BLT recipients has no significant effect on the welfare of the community with the acquisition of a t-count value of 0.804, which is smaller than (1.985). The results of the F test obtained that the calculated F value (53,785) is greater than the F table (2,69), this indicates that timeliness, accuracy in determining choices and accuracy of BLT targets simultaneously or together have a significant influence on the community.
