Abstract

Abstract The human resources needed by the company are human resources who are loyal and able to help the company under any circumstances so that the company will reward them by increasing the job satisfaction of these employees. One approach that can be taken by a business company is Total Quality Management, where the rationale lies in the concept that the best way is to continuously improve human capabilities, processes and the environment by implementing Total Quality Management (Fandy Tjiptono and Anastasia Diana) and in TQM itself. there are factors of organizational trust, organizational culture, customer focus, teamwork, which above elements will affect job satisfaction. At PT.Mod Indo Ungaran, as is known, employees also play a major role in running the wheel of company life. If employees have high productivity and work motivation, the wheels will run fast, and will eventually result in good performance and achievement for the company. This type of research is explanatory research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Research conducted at PT. Indo Ungaran Mod, which totaled 133 people with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used is correlation analysis, regression, hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results of the analysis show that the t value of the organizational trust variable is -2.614 which is smaller than the t table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.040 < 0.05 significance level. This means that organizational trust has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of PT.Mod Indo Ungaran employees. The organizational culture variable produces a t-value of 5.589 > t-table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means the increasing organizational culture of employees, the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indo Ungaran mod will increase. The customer focus variable produces a calculated t value of 4.157 > t table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means the higher the customer focus provided by PT. Mod Indo Ungaran, employee job satisfaction will also increase. The teamwork variable produces a calculated t value of 4.157 > t table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means the higher the teamwork provided by PT. Mod Indo Ungaran, employee job satisfaction will also increase. t count value of 4.157 > t table 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. which means the higher the teamwork provided by the company, the employee job satisfaction will also increase. From testing all independent variables simultaneously, it is obtained that the Fcount is (26.316) > Ftable is (2.67) with a significant level (0.000 > 0.05), indicating that the variables of organizational trust, organizational culture, customer focus and teamwork simultaneously has a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable of PT.Mod Indo Ungaran employees. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the variables of organizational trust, organizational culture, customer focus, and teamwork have a partial and simultaneous effect on job satisfaction Keywords: organizational trust, organizational culture, customer focus teamwork and job satisfaction.
