Abstract

NORMALISASI SUNGAI BLORONG GUNA MENAGULANGI BANJIR PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK UNDARIS Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Undaris Jalan Tentara Pelajar No.13 Ungaran, Kabupaten Semarang. 50514, Telp.: 087117793816 ABSTRACT Water is a natural resource that is the most important part of human life. To be able to take advantage of the existing water potential, facilities are needed so that water needs can be met based on the conception, design, plan and operation of the required needs. (Linsley, 1985:1). The Blorong River area is the area of authority for the PSDA of Central Java Province. Management of water resources in river areas includes 5 aspects, namely conservation of water resources, utilization of water resources, and control of water damage, supported by water resources information systems and community empowerment. This study is located in the administrative area of Kendal Regency. Kendal Regency is astronomically located between 110° 13' - 111° 9' East Longitude and 6° 56' - 4° 83' South Latitude. For planning for Normalization of the Blorong River in Kendal Regency, it is carried out based on the hydrological analysis results that have been obtained. Based on the existing field data, an analysis of the water level profile and water level structure must be carried out based on the needs of the community. This research was conducted to analyze the flood inundation caused by the overflow of the Blorong river using the design flood hydrograph used in this study is the Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph. Hydraulics analysis using the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 application system (Hydrologic Engineering Center). DEM (Digital Elevation modeling) data was obtained from DEMNAS DATA then projected into UTM coordinates using the Global Mapper and river discharge data obtained from PUSDATARU Central Java Province. The flood inundation area is obtained by exporting static layers including (Depth layer, velocity layer, Water surface elevation layer) at maximum discharge conditions in the form of KML and calculated using Google Eart Pro software with polygon measurements. iv The results of the analysis on the Blorong River obtained a high inundation water level profile using the HEC - RAS program, it was found that with a 50 year Q design discharge there was flooding in almost the entire existing cross section. Keywords: Flood, Normalization ABSTRAK Air merupakan sumber daya alam yang menjadi bagian terpenting bagi kehidupan manusia. Untuk dapat memanfaatkan potensi air yang ada diperlukan sarana sehingga kebutuhan air dapat terpenuhi berdasarkan konsepsi, rancangan, rencana dan operasi dari kebutuhan yang diperlukan. (Linsley,1985:1). Wilayah Sungai Blorong merupakan wilayah kewenangan PSDA Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengelolaan sumber daya air di wilayah sungai mencakup 5 aspek yaitu konservasi sumber daya air, pendayagunaan sumber daya air, dan pengendalian daya rusak air, didukung dengan sistem informasi sumber daya air dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Studi ini berada pada wilayah administrasi Kabupaten Kendal. Kabupaten Kendal secara Astromonis terletak diantara 110° 13’ - 111° 9’ Bujur Timur dan 6° 56’ - 4° 83’ Lintang Selatan.. Untuk perencanaan Normalisasi Sungai Blorong di Kabupaten Kendal, di laksanakan berdasarkan hasil analisa hidrologi yang telah diperoleh. Berdasarkan data lapangan yang ada harus dilakukan analisis profil muka air dan struktur muka air berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa genangan banjir yang diakibatkan oleh luapan sungai Blorong menggunakan hidrograf banjir rancangan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Hidrograf satuan sintetik Nakayasu. Analisa hidrolika mengunaakan Sistem aplikasi HEC-RAS 4.1.0 (Hydrologic Engineering Center ). Data DEM (Digital Elevation modelling) diperoleh dari DATA DEMNAS kemudian diproyeksikan menjadi koordinat UTM menggunakan Global Mapper dan data debit sungai diperoleh dari PUSDATARU Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Luasan genangan banjir diperoleh dengan mengexport layer static meliputi (Layer Deepth, layer velocity, layer Water surface elevation) pada kondisi debit maksimal dalam bentuk KML dan dihitung menggunakan software Google Eart Pro dengan pengukuran polygon. v Hasil analisa di Sungai Blorong diperoleh tinggi genangan profil muka air dengan menggunakan program HEC – RAS didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan debit rencana Q 50 tahun terdapat banjir pada hampir seluruh penampang exsisting.
